These General Purchase Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice regulate the use of the website: https://www.pponjapan.com, of which COLORS COMPLEX SPAIN, SL. is owner.
The use by the client of the purchase services presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions, with integrity and without any type of reservation, according to the version published at the time of carrying out the appropriate transaction. Consequently, it is recommended that the client carefully read these General Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice before making any purchase. The user declares to be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Conditions.

PPON reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate at any time and unilaterally the commercial offer contained in the web page, which may affect prices, promotions, products and commercial offers. These modifications will not affect contracts already made, meaning those that have been confirmed by PPON.
  
1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products advertised on PPON through the website.
  
2.HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER
In PPON you can make your purchase only in the online store: https://www.pponjapan.com.
Once you have selected the products you want to buy and press: Pay Order, a window will open in which the user's data is requested.
You can access in two ways:
-If you had already created the account previously, you only have to indicate: E-mail and password and then click on: Login.
-If you did not have an account, you must create a new account and click on: Create new account.
To find the product you want, you can browse all the sections of our website. By clicking on any of the sections you will find a wide variety of items, their description, available weights and their corresponding price. If you are looking for a specific item, you can find it using the different search options, either by entering any text or, if you prefer, by brand, using the drop-down list. However, yes, even so, you cannot find what you are looking for, contact us and we will do everything possible to get you the product you need in the shortest possible time.
Once you have selected the item you want, you only need to press the "Add to cart" button.
When a product is added to the shopping cart, you can automatically view the status of your order by clicking on the "YOUR CART" icon where you can see the complete purchase. At that time, you can choose to continue shopping or press the Pay Order button.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, and provided the necessary data for shipping, the user will access a form with all the information on shipping and payment options.
Once the order is confirmed, https://www.pponjapan.com will immediately send an e-mail as order confirmation indicating your order number and information about it.
In the field of promotions and gifts for purchase, PPON reserves the right to cancel or annul said promotion or gift at any time.
  
3. PRODUCT PRICE
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website in the purchase form.
The referred prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating Value Added Tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in the one that acts himself (entrepreneur or individual). Consequently, the final price in some cases may vary from that contemplated on the website.
PPON reserves, without prior notice to users, the right to update the information contained on the website.
   
4. TRANSPORT PRICES
We ship to the following European Union countries.
Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania. 
We detail the transport prices when placing an order in PPON:
  
Eg Spain - PENINSULA/BALEARIC ISLANDS: Home delivery €6.50 (Correos) / order
We currently ship your orders to any location in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  
-From €60: FREE SHIPPING (PENINSULA/BALEARIC ISLANDS)
-Amount less than €60: If the order does not exceed €60, the customer will have to pay the transport amount. This amount will be detailed before confirming the purchase.
  
-From €200: FREE SHIPPING (Other European Union countries)
-Amount less than €200: If the order does not exceed €200, the customer will have to pay the transport amount. This amount will be detailed before confirming the purchase. 
  
5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
To buy any product in PPON you can pay by:
-Credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMERICAN Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
-PayPal: This method of payment carries a commission of 3.5%
PPON has the necessary resources to guarantee the security of your purchases and your data. The information related to your order is protected. The entire transaction is made from a secure server, using TLS (Transport Layer Security) security technology, and your card number will appear encrypted.
  
6. DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:00 a.m. will ship within 24-48 hours, business days.
Orders placed after Friday or weekends will be processed from the following Monday.
These terms are estimates, delays may occur for various reasons.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the acquired good will be transferred to the client, from the moment of delivery of the product and its material possession.
  
7. COMMUNICATION OF ORDER SHIPPING
As soon as we have prepared the order, we will send you an email informing you of the shipment number so that you can track it through the carrier's website.
  
8. CHANGE
If the change is due to an error on the part of the client (you make a mistake when placing the order or if the address provided is incorrect) you will bear the shipping costs.
In the event that the error was due to PPON, the customer would receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.
To accept the change, the product must be returned to PPON and both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content.
  
9. RETURNS
If you consider that the product is not what you expected, the amount of the product will be refunded less shipping costs. To do this, you must contact us within 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment (article 44 Law 47/2002).
To start the return process, contact our customer service by email (info-hello@pponjapan.com) to leave a record and we will indicate the steps to follow.
Remember to indicate the following information:
-Order number
–Items you wish to return
-Reason:
-Name and surname
-Full address
-Date
-Signature
Items to be returned must comply with our Return Policy:
-Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels and packaging.
-Shoes and accessories must be returned in the brand's original box and protective bag and must be inside a protective box when returned.
-When you try on shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage their box.
-If the item has a brand label, you must leave it in its original place.
-Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unused, unopened, with their security seals and in their original packaging.
-Stockings, socks and lingerie must be returned with their hygiene labels intact, in their unopened packages and in perfect condition.
-The jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the brand package and the documents provided with it.
Certain beauty items that contain hazardous or flammable materials (eg, fragrances, aerosols, sprays, essential oils, acidic ingredients, self-tanning lotions, nail polish, and nail polish remover) may present a hazard during storage, handling, or transportation. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team.
Please be careful when trying on the pieces, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our Policy, it will not be accepted.
You will be asked to send the product properly packed, assuming the customer the shipping costs.
The product must be in perfect condition before being sent to proceed with its return.
 
10. BROKEN, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a product with a factory defect, defect or that is incorrect, you have 7 days from receipt of the order to return it, as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order through our email: info-hello@pponjapan.com
If we send a product by mistake that is different from the one ordered by the customer, PPON will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the order placed.
It is essential that you send us the high resolution photo of the broken, defective or erroneous product and keep said item in order to manage the return, as well as a photo of the original packaging, which you must also keep. We will indicate the procedure to follow, to proceed with the return. Likewise and as in the previous section regarding withdrawal, the merchandise received must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and with a copy proving the purchase.
Once the merchandise is received and after checking its status, the corresponding amount will be paid using the means of payment used in the order. 
  
11. PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty period is established by the manufacturers or distributors of the brands of the products exhibited and sold by PPON, according to current legal regulations. As a general regulation, the warranty coverage will not be less than two years. Once the customer has received the product, they will have a brochure indicating the manufacturer's warranty coverage and also the instructions for use and assembly of the equipment.
Customers should keep in mind that PPON is a mere intermediary of the brand they have purchased and we are sure that they will find a good service regarding the guarantees and services offered directly by the brand. The PPON customer should know that they have our full support to inform them or manage any problem that may arise, including controlling the good service of the brand manufacturer. 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, compliance, or resolution of this contract will be submitted to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, waiving the jurisdiction that may correspond to the user, provided that the applicable legislation so allows.
  
13. RESERVATION OF COOKIES:
PPON reserves the right to use cookies when the user navigates through its website for technical purposes and to personalize and make navigation as easy as possible for users.
PPON informs that cookies are associated with the anonymous user and their computer, thus, when the user visits the website again, the cookies are read to identify said user and establish their browsing preferences. The website will remember your preferences offering easier and more personalized navigation for users.

 

However, the user has the possibility of configuring in the options of his browser so that he is informed of the reception of cookies, being able, if he deems it appropriate, to prevent them from being installed on his terminal.
